Anybody have tips for how to be awake and active in the morning?

I am like a zombie in the morning, and I don’t really talk. This annoys my parents so much. It’s also affecting my social life as well. I take a shower in the morning, but that seems to only temporarily wake me up, but then I feel tired again. I get almost 7 hours of sleep. My social life is super lame because of this. Any help?

Eat more fruits and vegetables to get your body’s ph higher. You’re probably hung-over from processed food and sugars.
in the morinings if you have time ..
wake up early (days when yu dnt have school or work preferrly) and take a 10-15 minute jog around the block.
maybe that can help.
