Dressing Your Pet In Style

Pets can be an excellent substitute for children. They are generous, cheerful, lively, and know exactly how to manipulate their parents into getting them extra cuddles or treats. In return, they get treated the same importance as any child of the household – often more! You can carry your pet in your lap to any social function, and watch as it wins over everyone with its cute, adorable poochiness.

Today, pet owners can choose dresses for their children exactly as freely as any parent. Especially for small dogs, the variety of dresses is nearly endless. There are dresses for hot weather and dresses for cold weather, dresses for meetings and dresses for social occasions. Your poochie can have a complete wardrobe, an ensemble to rival any fashionista!

For Valentine’s Day, you can dress up your pooch in hearts and roses, or in a frilly red satin dress with matching leash. An Uptown Girl doggy dress is a beautiful addition to any woman’s wardrobe, and your pooch is no exception! For something a little more sober, why not go for the Wizard of Oz look in pink gingham?

If you have an exceptionally well-trained dog, you can even train it to be the flower girl at your wedding! With a basket of flowers in its mouth and a wedding gown – complete with veil – on its body, what more could you want? Even if your pooch doesn’t get to be the flower girl, she can always steal some of the bride’s thunder by looking equally stunning in her wedding gown!

On Christmas, you can have a doggy Santa in your arms, complete with white-rimmed red coat and dress. Santa dresses for dogs are available in a number of materials and styles, so you can enjoy some Christmassy activities with your own special Santa!

Theme dresses aren’t everything to a doggy wardrobe, however. Party dresses come in various motifs and designs, from cherries to polka dots to complex tattoos. Take care to stock enough dresses in soft and comfortable materials for the summer, because a cranky pooch – no matter how pretty its dress – is no fun to carry around!

For daily wear, you can get your dog a sporty outfit like a hoodie skirt. This is both comfortable and durable, as well as being quite versatile when it comes to casual social situations. Lace and satin are highly popular materials for doggy dresses, as they take well to being draped around a wriggly form, and are nice and bright, drawing attention to your dog’s tiny, lovable cuteness.

After all, if you can have a wardrobe, why would you deprive your beloved pet of the same privilege? It is easier than it has ever been!

Why leave your pooch naked when there are such beautiful dog dresses on the market? Dog clothing is available for all seasons and occasions, so splurge in style!
