Her parents are from Taiwan. Any tips?

I just started seeing this girl and am going to meet her parents soon. I really want things to work out and would like to impress them, but I’m American and they’re from Taiwan. Does anyone have any tips for me?

Just be your self, be polite, and keep an open mind. I am pretty sure that they will understand that you will not know much about them because u are not from Taiwan. Everyone has different customs and tradition. So just enjoy meeting their parents and act interested in the conversations they start with you.

Be extra polite and find out lots about their culture.
Be polite and respectful. talk with your GF about it, ask her if there is any type of mannerism that is acustumed to this sort of occasion. But most import is be your self. Unless you are a asshole, then act like someone else for this. Dont put on a front just be ginuinee.
While you have your computer out you should look up what you can about their customs and traditions. Ask your girlfriend if they are more traditional or not. Tell them outright that you don’t know a lot about their culture but would like to learn in order to give your girlfriend the relationship she deserves.
Taiwanese likes success, especially people who start their own business, be their own boss.
